Cecy inc RETURN POLICY

Online purchases made on CECYINC.COM will be shipped by Federal Express and require a signature upon delivery.  Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.

Online purchases may be returned to CECY INC if requested within 14 days of delivery date. 

To request a return:

  1. Please contact customerservice@cecyinc.com within 7 days of the delivery.
  2. A shipping label will be emailed to you from our customer service department, so that you can affix to its original packaging. CECY INC. will not assume responsibility for any returned packages that are lost, stolen, mishandled or if the prepaid label provided by CECY INC is not used for the return shipment. 
  3. You will receive an email once your package has been received. Please allow 48 hours for re-authentication and processing. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

When we determine that a client is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may restrict or refuse future purchases. CECY INC reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
