Shipping & Returns

CECY INC. offers complimentary shipping and returns on all orders.

You may cancel an order within 8 hours of purchase. Once the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.  

For the secure delivery of your order, CECY INC. does not ship to post office boxes. 

Special orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.  

All items must be returned in its original condition with tags attached. CECY INC reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. 

Online purchases made on CECYINC.COM will be shipped FREE by Federal Express within two or three business days and require a signature upon delivery.  If you require next-day or Saturday delivery, please contact us at info@cecyinc.com  

Online purchases may be returned FREE to CECY INC if requested within 3 days of its delivery date and returned to us within 5 days of delivery date.  

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. 

To request a return:

  1. Please contact info@cecyinc.com within 3 days of the delivery.
  2. A shipping label will be emailed to you, so that you can affix to its original packaging. CECY INC. will not assume responsibility for any returned packages that are lost, stolen, mishandled or if the prepaid label provided by CECY INC is not used for the return shipment.  
  3. You will receive an email once your package has been received. Please allow 48 hours for re-authentication and processing. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

When we determine that a client is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may restrict or refuse future purchases. 

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.
